Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee.
Arriving late for an appointment may necessitate reducing scheduled services or rescheduling.
Return Policy
PureOlogy haircare products may be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase.
Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics can be returned for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase.
Cell Phones
To ensure a pleasant and tranquil environment for all of our clients, we ask that you please silence your cell phones while in the salon.
Children
Because of liabilities and limited space, we ask that children do not accompany you to the salon.
Payments
Studio 910 Salon accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), local checks and cash payments for services and products.
Parking
Parking is available on McKenzie Avenue and in the Harris Square Courtyard.
Gratuities
Though not expected, the stylists at Studio 910 Salon accept gratuities.
